The Haus der Materialisierung (HdM) currently has a workspace available. We are now looking for a project/collective/NGO that needs a space and whose work complements and extends the activities of the HdM. It is important to us that the selected project makes a positive social contribution and actively participates in the long-term development of the HdM. As the Haus der Materialisierung pursues a resource-conserving approach and the establishment of a circular economy, all projects that bring a new view of materials, resources and perceived waste to the HdM are invited to apply. In addition, projects that work with people and can create an intersection and point of contact where socially disadvantaged groups can find a safe space and point of connection in the Haus der Materialisierung and receive support in using the workshops are very welcome.
We explicitly invite all people to apply, encourage people facing structural oppression and/or social disadvantage to participate in the Open Call and will take this into account in the selection process.
All FLINTA*, B/PoC, refugee and migrant backgrounds, newcomers and people with different impairments are explicitly invited to apply.
Here is some brief information:
– Room size: about 26 square metres.
– Rent: 78 € per month plus electricity costs.
– The room is not heated, but a heatable container is available to all projects for workshops and meetings during the cold months.
– The space can be used until the end of 2024, after which it will be moved to on-site workspace alternatives.

В Haus der Materialisierung (HdM) освободилось пространство для работы инициатив в сфере устойчивого развития/НКО! Мы ищем проекты, которым необходимо место для работы и которые смогли бы дополнить и расширить деятельность HdM — для нас важно, чтобы выбранный проект вносил позитивный социальный вклад в долгосрочное развитие HdM.
Так как Haus der Materialisierung следует принципам экономии ресурсов и циркулярной экономики, мы приглашаем подавать заявки всех, кто предлагает новое видение работы с ресурсами, материалами и их переработкой. Кроме того, приветствуются проекты, работающие с людьми и создающие платформы для их взаимодействия, где социально незащищенные группы могут найти безопасное пространство и поддержку в использовании мастерских.
Мы приглашаем подать заявку на участие в открытом конкурсе всех, кто сталкивается с несправедливостью на структурном уровне и/или социальным неблагополучием, мы учтем это в процессе отбора!
К подаче заявок приглашаются представители FLINTA*, B/PoC, беженцы и мигранты, люди с различными нарушениями.
Короткая информация:
* Размер помещения: около 26 квадратных метров.
* Аренда: 76 € в месяц, а также затраты на электричество.
* Помещение не отапливается, но для всех проектов доступен обогреваемый контейнер для проведения мастер-классов и встреч в холодные месяцы.
* Пространство может быть использовано до конца 2024 года, после чего будут предложены альтернативные варианты рабочих мест на территории HdM.
